Section 9(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2017
(1)An application by the opposite party, under the proviso to section 5 of the Act, to implead any other child or relative of the applicant shall be filed on the first date of hearing as specified in the notice issued under sub-rule (2) of rule 7 :Provided that no such application shall be entertained after such first hearing, unless the opposite party shows sufficient cause for filing it at a later stage.
