Section 13(1) in J.K. Lakshmipat University, Jaipur Act, 2011
(1)The President shall be appointed by the Chairperson from a panel of three persons recommended by the Board of Management and shall, subject to the provisions contained in sub-section (8), hold office for a term of three years:Provided that, after expiry of the term of three years, a person shall be eligible for re-appointment for another term of three years:Provided further that a President shall notwithstanding the expiration of his term continue to hold office until his successor enters upon i he office.
