Where application for grant or renewal of licence for the Licensing year 1974-75 has been made before the date of commencement of the Uttar Pradesh Khandsari Sugar Manufacturers Licensing (First Amendment) Order, 1974. the deficiency in the licence fee be made good before August 31, 1974.]
