33. The Finance Committee.

- There shall be a Finance Committee with the Vice-Chancellor as the Chairman. The constitution, powers and functions of the Finance Committee shall be provided by Statutes and its procedure in financial matters; including the delegation of its powers, shall be provided by Ordinances.
