12. Maintenance of Order Sheet
.-The Scrutiny Branch shall attach to every OA/RA/TA/PT/CP an order sheet in duplicate in Form No. 4. The column "Notes of the Registry" in the order sheet shall be for the notings by the Registry and the column "Orders of the Tribunal" is meant for the use of the Bench.
