ORDER
1. In compliance of order dated 18.10.2022, report of the Joint Committee has been submitted by District Agricultural Officer, District Sant Ravi Das Nagar, (Bhadohi) vide email dated 24.01.2023.
2. The applicant has appeared in person and submitted that his counsel is unable to join the proceedings physically or through VC today and he seeks adjournment on this ground.
3. The applicant also seeks time to file his objections to the report of the Joint Committee filed by the District Agricultural Officer, District Sant Ravi Das Nagar, (Bhadohi).

4. Mr. Karan Minocha, learned Proxy Counsel, who has appeared for respondent no. 5-M/s Obeetee Pvt. Ltd., also seeks adjournment on the ground of inability of learned Counsel for respondent no. 5-M/s Obeetee Pvt. Ltd to appear before this Tribunal today due to some personal difficulty.
5. Objections to the report of the Joint Committee filed by the District Agricultural Officer, District Sant Ravi Das Nagar, (Bhadohi) may be filed by the applicant within one month by email at [email protected] preferably in the form of searchable PDF/OCR Supported PDF and not in the form of Image PDF.
