- In these Rules, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context. -(a)"The Act" means the Bihar Land Reforms Act, 1950;(b)"Form" means a form set out in the Schedule;(c)"Section" means a Section of the Act;(d)"Schedule" means a schedule appended to these Rules;(c)All words and expressions used in these Rules and not defined in these Rules but defined in the Act shall respectively have the same meanings as assigned to them in the Act.
