Section 19(ii) in Reserve Bank of India Pension Regulations, 1990
(ii)avail of the retirement benefit admissible under the rule of the foreign employer and not count such service as qualifying for pension under these Regulations, provided that where an employee opts for clause (ii), the pension contributions if any, paid by the employee shall be refunded to him.
