Section 49(1) in Himachal Pradesh Private Forests Act, 1954
(1)The State Government may, at any time, by notification, declare that the provisions of this chapter shall cease to apply too Controlled Forest from such date as may be specified in the notification and that, with effect from that date, the forest shall cease to be a Controlled Forest.
