Section 15(1) in Farmers' Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Rules, 2020
(1)The Appellate Authority shall dispose of the appeal in a summary manner within ninety days from the date of filing of such appeal, after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the concerned parties.
