1. Mr. Sibojyoti Chakraborty, learned Counsel files vakalatnama on behalf of the Central Pollution Control Board.
2. Mr. Dipanjan Ghosh, learned Counsel states that he has e-filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the West Bengal Pollution Control Board. Registry is directed to trace out the same and placed on record, in case the same has not been received, the Registry will intimate Mr. Dipanjan Ghosh accordingly.
3. Mr. Dipanjan Ghosh states that the inspection has already been carried out by the Committee and he prays for and is granted ten days time to file affidavit brining on record the Committee Report.
