Section 4(1) in The Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2017
(1)The State Government shall, by notification and with effect from such date, as may be specified in the notification, establish, for the purposes of this Act, an Authority to be called the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority.
