Section 73(1) in The Rajasthan Urban Improvement Act, 1959
(1)Every person or department of the Government desiring to obtain the permission referred to in section 72 shall make an application in writing in such form and containing such particulars in respect of the improvement to which the application relates as may be prescribed by regulations.
