Section 350 in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha
350. Only member called by Speaker entitled to speak.
- When a member rises to speak, the name of such member shall be called by the Speaker. If more members than one rise at the same time, the member whose name is so called shall be entitled to speak.
