- Prisoners may be allowed to keep with them photographs of their family members up to post-card size and small size religious photographs. The Superintendent may use his discretion as to which photographs and religious pictures should be allowed to be kept with prisoners. Such pictures and photographs shall not be allowed to be pasted or hung in dormitories or cells or on other jail buildings.
