Section 88(2)(a) in THE INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS CODE, 2020

(a)"company" means any body corporate and includes-
(i)a firm; or
(ii)a limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009); or
(iii)other association of individuals; and
