Order 13/11/2019 After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellants does not wish to press this appeal but seeks direction to the learned court below to decide the suit itself expeditiously.
Learned counsel for respondents-plaintiffs does not oppose the prayer.
The appeal is pending since 2015 whereas the suit pertains to the year 2012.
In light of such limited submission, the present appeal is dismissed as not pressed with direction to the learned court below to decide the suit in an expeditious manner, strictly in accordance with law. All the pending applications stand dismissed.
