Section 5(1) in The M.P. Ayurvedic, Unani Tatha Prakritic Chikitsa Vyavasayi Adhiniyam, 1970
(1)An election under clause (c) of sub-section (1) of Section 4 shall be conducted by the Board in accordance with such rules as may be made by the State Government in this behalf.
