Section 15(1) in Maharashtra Metropolitan Planning Committees Constitution and Functions Act, 1999
(1)The Maharashtra Metropolitan Planning Committees (Constitution and Functions) (Continuance of Provisions) Ordinance, 1999 (Maharashtra Order XXVI of 1999), is hereby repealed.
