Section 67 in The Indian Nursing Council Regulations
67.
An investment of the funds of the Council shall be made in the name of the Council. The safe custody receipts shall remain in the personal charge of the Secretary and shall be verified once in six months with the register of securities maintained under Regulation 75 and a certificate of verification shall be recorded by the Secretary on the register and countersigned by the President.
