Section 1 in MPERC (Micro-Grid Renewable Energy Generation and Supply) Regulations, 2016
1. Short Title and Commencement.
(1)These Regulations shall be called the MPERC (Micro-Grid Renewable Energy Generation and Supply) Regulations, 2016.(2)These Regulations shall apply to whole State of Madhya Pradesh.(3)These Regulations shall come into force from the date of publication of this notification in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette.
