Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in
the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may
be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more
particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the order in
D.Dis.REV- DSECOROR(ROR)/82/2025-SA-D2-DSEC-KDPCP, dated
21.10.2025 passed by the respondent No.3 under the purported exerciser
of the powers conferred under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Land and
Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 ordering cancellation of the web land
entries updated in our favour for the land in an extent of Ac.5.00 cents in
Sy.No.380-2P3 and Ac.5.00 cents in Sy.No.410-1 of Dondlavagu Village,
Lingala Mandal, Y.S.R Kadapa District, despite after brining to his notice
that, the Orders, dated 24.09.2025 made in W.P.No.26521 of 2025 was
not yet made available on portal and a request was made to grant some
time for submitting a comprehensive reply, that too without issuing any
prior notice before initiation of the Suo Moto Revisional proceedings as
arbitrary, illegal, contrary as arbitrary, illegal as arbitrary, illegal, contrary
to the principles laid down by this Hon'ble Court vide Order, dated
08.10.2021 in W.P.No.16458 of 2021 and the provisions of the A.P. Rights
in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and also the well established
legal principles apart from being violative of the fundamental and the
Constitutional rights guaranteed to me under Articles, 14, 19, 21 and 300-
A of the Constitution of India and consequently setaside the same and
pass

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be
pleased pleased grant stay of all further proceedings inpursuance of the
Order in D.Dis.REV-DSECOROR(ROR)/82/2025-SA- D2-DSEC-KDPCP,
dated 21.10.2025 passed by the respondent No.3, pending disposal of the
above Writ Petition and pass

1. The present Writ Petition is filed for the following relief:

2. As the impugned orders have already been withdrawn by the 3rd respondent, vide proceedings D.Dis.REV-DSECOROR(ROR)/82/ 2025-SA-D2-DSEC- KDPCO, dated 31.10.2025, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is consigned to the records. No costs.
4. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
