291. Notice convening final meeting and the account to be laid before the meeting.
- The notice convening the final meeting of the LLP and the creditors in a voluntary winding up, shall be in Form No. 59. The Accounts of the winding up to be laid by the LLP Liquidator before the said meeting or meetings shall be Form No. 9.
