29. Constitution of Service. [Section 42(2) and Section 6(2)(f)(o)].
- The posts shown in Appendix I to these rules shall constitute the Service of the Punjab Council.Provided that nothing in these rules shall affect the inherent right of the Punjab Council to add to or reduce the number of posts or to create new posts with different designations and scales of pay as may be specified whether permanently or temporarily.
