13. Regulation of Increments.
- A Probationary Officer appointed direct will be entitled to draw his first increment in the prescribed scale of pay as soon as the following conditions are fulfilled:-(i)He has completed one year from the date on which he joined his first appointment; and(ii)He has passed the tests in drill and riding prescribed by the Inspector-General of Police, Jharkhand.
