(2)Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)the salary and allowances payable to the member and officers of the Council;(b)the term, composition and number of members of the Committees referred to in section 7; and(c)any other matter which is to be, or may be, prescribed under this Act.
