Section 18(b) in Rules of Contributory Provident Fund-Insurance-Pension Scheme (The Triple Benefit Scheme) for the Employees Serving in State Aided Educational Institutions run by Local Bodies or Private Managements
(b)If the service has been thoroughly satisfactory the authority sanctioning the pension may order such reduction in the amount as it thinks proper.
