Section 20(15) in Uttarakhand Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011
| (i) | First meeting | - | Within 03 weeks of the commencement of theacademic session. |
| (ii) | Second meeting | - | On 5th September (Teachers Day) |
| (iii) | Third meeting | - | On the date fixed for review of annual studentevaluation at the end of the academic session. |
| (iv) | In cases of mid term vacancy for the post ofChairperson and Vice-Chairperson or in good faith of school, morethan three meeting of the General Body might be organised,provided that such meeting will be organised on the writtenrequest of at least two-third members of the General Body. |
