By Mr. V. Ajay Kumar, Member (J) Heard the learned counsel for the applicants.
2. MA 3491/2017 filed for joining together is allowed.
3. The applicants, who are working as casual workers in the respondent No.2, filed the O.A. seeking the following relief(s):
"(A) Direct the Respondents to regularize the services of the Applicants w.e.f. the date they completed 10 years of service and grant all consequential benefits to them;4 OA 3294/2017
(B) Such other and further order(s) that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper be also passed in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
4. It is submitted that the applicants made number of representations to the respondents ventilating their grievances. However, no orders have been passed thereon till date.
5. It is observed that the representations filed along with the O.A. do not contain the names or signatures of any of the applicants.
6. In the circumstances, the O.A. is disposed of at the admission stage, without going into the merits of the case, by permitting the applicants to make an appropriate fresh representation to the respondents ventilating their grievances within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such a representation from the applicants, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate speaking and reasoned orders thereon, in accordance with law, within 90 days therefrom. No order as to costs.
Let a copy of the O.A. be enclosed to this order.
