Section 7(1) in THE COMMISSION FOR AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION AND ADJOINING AREAS ACT, 2021
(1)In the event of the occurrence of any vacancy in the office of the Chairperson by reason of death, resignation or otherwise, the Central Government may, by notification, authorise one of the Members to act as the Chairperson until the appointment of a new Chairperson to fill such vacancy.
