Section 24(2) in The Orissa Dental Council Rules, 1969
(2)The State Council shall appoint and shall notify in the Orissa Gazette and in such other manner as it thinks fit a date for each of the following, namely :(a)last date for filing nominations;(b)scrutiny of nomination papers;(c)the sending of voting papers under Rule 25 (11);(d)the last day for receiving voting papers and the day for the counting of the votes.
