115. [ Penalty for contravention of section 23. [Substituted by Act 18 of 2017, w.e.f. 06.04.2017.]
- Any person who contravenes the provisions of section 23 shall on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months and with a fine which may extend to one lakh rupees.
