15. Declaration of results.
(1)The election authority shall declare the results of the election in such form as may be prescribed.(2)The election, authority shall, soon after the declaration of the results, grant a certificate of recognition to such of the unions which secured the maximum number of votes polled.(3)The election authority shall communicate to the employer concerned, the results of the election and the names of the recognised union.
