Section 11 in Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1964
11. Meetings of the Board.
(1)The Board shall hold ordinary meetings at such intervals as may be provided in the regulations; and a meeting may be convened by the Chairman at any other time for the transaction of urgent business.(2)The number of members necessary to constitute a quorum at a meeting shall be such as may be provided in the regulations.
