Section 8C(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Prohibition on Manufacture of Specified Copper Utensils (By Machine) Act, 2006
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order made by they Designated Authority under sub-section (3) or sub-section (5) of section 8-B [may prefer an appeal, within one month from the date of receipt of the-order, to the Special Judge] [Substituted 'may prefer an appeal to the Special Judge' by Jammu and Kashmir Act No. 8 of 2014, dated 22.3.2014.] (Anti-Corruption) (hereinafter referred to as Special Court) and the Special Court may either confirm the order of attachment of property or seizure so made or revoke such order and release the property or pass such order as it may deem just and proper within a period of [ninety days] [Substituted 'sixty days' by Jammu and Kashmir Act No. 22 of 2018, dated 25.10.2018.].
