26.09.2023 Heard Mr. P. Bordoloi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D. Page No.# 2/2 Gogoi, learned Special Public Prosecutor, Forest Department Mr. D. Gogoi submits that the seized animals are Schedule Wild Life as per the amended Wild Life Protection Act.
Mr. Gogoi seeks some time to produce the Wild Life Protection Act as amended up-to-date.
