Section 71 in The Calcutta Metropolitan Water And Sanitation Authority Act, 1966
71. Prosecution. -
No court shall take cognisance of any offence under this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder except on the complaint of an officer of the Authority authorised by it in this behalf.
