17. Levy of service charge in slums.
-The amongst of service charge on the aggregate area of land or covered space of building in any slum or any resettlement colony under sub-section (1) of section 120A shall be calculated by dividing the actual cost of service by the number of dwelling units in the slum or resettlement colony, as the case may be, and such service charge go so calculated may be divided by twelve for arriving at the monthly rate of service-charge to be levied.
