Section 16(2) in The Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1986
(2)[Notwithstanding anything contained in the instrument of mining lease, the period of lease of existing mining leases at the time of commencement of these rules, may also be extended to a period falling short of [30 years] [Substituted by Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary dated 29/08/1996] subject to the conditions that:-
