Section 98(2) in The Assam Co-operative Societies Act, 1949
(2)The Indian Limitation Act, 1908, (IX of 1908), shall not apply to any debt or liability due by any member, past member or deceased member to any society in respect of which an order of desolation has been passed under this Act.
