Section 20 in The Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009
20. Minimum standards of agricultural education.
(1)The Council may by regulation specify the minimum standards at education required for granting agricultural qualifications by the agricultural institutions.(2)A committee, if any, constituted under Section 12 for this purpose shall, from time to time, report to the Council on the efficacy of the regulation and may recommend to the Council such amendments thereof as it may think fit.
