Section 16(2)(d) in The M.P. Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1965

(d)take part in the registration, promotion, or management of any literary, scientific or charitable society or clubs or similar other organisations (wherein holding of any election post is not involved), whose aims or objects relate to promotion of any games/sports activities or activities of cultural or recreational nature and which are registered under the Madhya Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 1973 (No. 44 of 1973) or under any other law for the time being in force; or
