Section 5A(1) in The Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Act, 1925
(1)This section shall be in force in the territories which, immediately before the 1st November, 1956, were comprised in Part C States only; but the State Government of any State may, by notification in the Official Gazette, bring this section into force in the territories where it is not in force.
