Section 83(4) in Kerala Land Reforms (Tenancy) Rules, 1970
(4)Where such report discloses that there are other kudikidappukars or other persons claiming to be kudikidappukars or both and that such kudikidappukars or other persons are in lands situate within its jurisdiction and that all of them have filed applications for purchase, the Land Tribunal shall proceed to have a joint consideration of all the applications for purchase respect of such lands.
