(2)The proceedings shall include the attendance of present members with their signatures and decisions/resolutions taken at the meeting. Although it will not be necessary to give details of discussions held regarding different resolutions proposed in the meeting, however it shall be the duty of the officer recording the proceedings to give details of each such resolution with reasons, which in his opinion, is inconsistent with the provisions of the Act or any other law or rules made therein or directions issued by the government.
