Section 4(1) in The Board of the Trust Regulations, 2001
(1)The Board may associate with itself, any person representing a registered organization or a professional, such as a parent having a child with disability, legal expert, financial consultant, rehabilitation professional, management consultant, or any other person or professional, who in the opinion of the Board can give assistance or advice or contribute to furtherance of the objectives of the Trust:[Provided that such person or professional to be associated with the Board shall have three years working experience in the area of disability and shall not be more than sixty five years of age.] [Inserted by Notification No. F.
