Section 24 in The Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1953
24. Place of sitting.
(1)An Assistant Collector may exercise his powers under this Act, an any place within the limits of the district in which he is employed.(2)Any other Revenue Officer may only exercise, his powers under this Act within the local limits of his jurisdiction.
