Section 30A(2)(i) in The Iron Ore Mines Labour Welfare Cess Rules, 1963

(i)the common main dispensary shall maintain the standards prescribed for the aggregate number of workers of all the iron-ore mines served by it or the standard maintained by it during the year 1961, whichever is higher;
