He prays for and is permitted to file a counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, before the next date of hearing.
This Court directs that with effect from the month of November, 2021, no further deductions shall be made towards recovery of t h e excess amount, if any, claimed by respondent-SSB to have been paid to the petitioner on account whereof deduction are being made from t he m onthly emoluments of the petitioner. However, if it is found that the petitioner, after obtaining this interim order, is delaying the adjudication of the petition, t he entire amount due claimed by the respondent-SSB, sh all be im mediately deductible.
