(3)Panchayat Samiti shall get the Patta books printed in triplicate at their level. All such Pattas shall bear book number and serial number and a record of issue of such Patta books will be maintained Panchayatwise at Panchayat Samiti level. First copy of Patta will be issued to the allottee, second copy will be retained in Panchayat office and third copy will be sent to the Panchayat Samiti for record.
